Process

The process consists of 5 rounds.

First was an online MCQ-based test, with questions related to Java and DSA.

Second round consisted of 4 coding problems; the problems were quite easy, and anyone mediocre could solve them.

Third and fourth rounds were technical interviews, where they just wanted to test your DSA fundamentals.

The final round was HR, which was just for the namesake.

I applied through my college, and the process took a day.

Questions

The questions were not difficult; they only looked at the approach.

Pros: Colleagues (for the most part) are a tight-knit group with common goals of making customers happy. Flexibility in work schedules to a certain extent.

Cons: Horrible management with self-promoting agendas, and they do not pay attention to employees who request assistance. They bend the rules for their favorites and ignore the rest, even though they are breaking the rules set by Oracle. Management makes up stories to make themselves look good, while hurting those who have been loyal, productive, and beneficial to the company at large.
