Positive ExperienceNo Offer
Process
I had one phone interview and one face-to-face interview. Nothing too complicated, as my contract was ending and I needed to find something quickly.
The phone interview was a quick overview, but the face-to-face was an in-depth technical interview.

Pros: Some management is excellent and skilled at ensuring a path to professional growth opportunities is available. One of my direct managers was one of the best. My team was full of high-performance people – great to work with on various projects.
Cons: Lack of visibility to business objectives; some management lack basic people management skills; lack of some management communicating business objectives and priorities to me and the team.

I have doubt in management
Software Development Manager • Former Employee
November 14, 2018
Pros: Work-life balance.
Cons: It seems the company's strategies are questionable. I joined a second time via acquisition. The environment is just too political for the company to be competitive. People try to be politically correct or be quiet, even in most of the development organizations.
Management tries to protect people they trust or have history with, not really based on merit. It's sad.
