HR interacted over email and never called at any stage of the interview.

First, a technical screening occurred, after which six interviews were scheduled (disregarding my availability for all six).

The first-round interviewer was quite rude and lacked technical details himself.

The hiring manager was transparent about on-call rotations, night shifts, US shifts, and team culture. I am thankful for this transparency.

After learning about the team culture, requirements, and meeting the panel, I am happy I didn't receive an offer.
