After COVID, the company has not been doing anything for old employees
Good environment and good work-life balance.
Less payout, no bonus, no outing or any festival gifts, no hikes.
At least give hikes to existing people because people with the same designation are being hired at a higher salary, but existing employees aren't even getting a single-digit hike.
