Pros: No pros.
Technical - You'll be less than zero if you work here. For a developer, the coding will include adding a semicolon at the end of a line or changing the value of a property in a file.
Politics - You can't work here with peace of mind. You'll have to oil one or the other to survive.
Salary - Worst in the market. The only relief is if you get an onsite, but that too will depend on how much you can excel in oiling your superiors.
Cons: Please refer to the Pros section.
