Process
The interview included 5 rounds: one technical face-to-face, three telephonic rounds from the US/UK, and a final HR round.
The selection process is extremely slow, with approvals going up to the 4th management level (Senior Director level). My process took two months, but I have seen colleagues whose processes took as long as a year.
