Pros: Nice seniors, growth, frequent promotions, environment, learning.
Cons: Little to no hikes.
Promotions are also hard to get.
If you want to work hard and rise up the corporate ladder quickly, the pathway is not clear. At least, I did not find any.
There is also the probability of losing sight of the actual impact made for clients.
There will be days you will get bored, and you have to find ways to keep yourself engaged.

People who are a treat to work with.
Very, very helpful when it comes to tough tasks.
Friendly environment that helps build one's character.
Cons: Long Hours
Salary could have been more given the amount of time one has to spend in the office. Perks and allowances should have been revised long back.
