I worked extensively with the Oracle recruiting team to find an appropriate team in the Boston area.
For about three weeks, I interviewed with several teams in the area, mostly in Burlington, but also a team in Cambridge. I'll admit that nerves got the better of me in some interviews, and I bombed a couple. However, there were others where I felt I had performed well, but the interview teams did not feel the same way. I don't know what they were expecting, especially after one interview where I had solved the vast majority of the technical questions correctly.
After a couple of weeks, they were having difficulty finding a team to hire me in Massachusetts and suggested relocating to the Bay Area or to another state, which was never a plan I had in mind. Towards the end of the process, they found a couple more teams in Burlington where I could interview.
A couple of days before the interviews, I withdrew because I had accepted an offer elsewhere.
I was asked to solve a riddle involving weighted coins.
