Pros: Good work-life balance, 6-8 hours of working on average. Meaningful work (depends on the team also). Manager is really great and provides flexible work conditions, both in terms of time and location.
Cons: Increments are not comparable with modern-day startups or even other MNCs like Google and Microsoft. But more can be asked if you got a competitive offer from some other company.
