Summary of my 2 years' experience after graduation
Good work-life balance, 6-8 hours of working on average. Meaningful work (depends on the team also). Manager is really great and provides flexible work conditions, both in terms of time and location.
Increments are not comparable with modern-day startups or even other MNCs like Google and Microsoft. But more can be asked if you got a competitive offer from some other company.
