This was the best interview experience in years. The interviewers were professional, intellectual, and personal, rather than just throwing hard questions and dismissing me. They genuinely had an interest in who I was and my experiences over the last 20 years. Of course, there were technical questions, so if you want the job, be prepared as I was.

The interview started at 9:30 AM. Every hour, a different person from the team interviewed me, and I met with five different interviewers. Most of them were from the team I was applying for.

The hiring process took a long time due to some internal issues, but I patiently waited. Therefore, hiring process improvement is desired, but overall, the experience has been very positive.
