Cons: They have two big legacy products. One is a web-based monolithic app, and the other is desktop applications. For new people, it is hard to fix something without the help of people who have been there for more than 10 years. Learning new things and new technologies is less probable.

Pros: If you join a good team, you can really balance your personal life and work.
Also, if you have access to company stock, you can make future plans and it really allows you to think about growth within the company.
