The interview was through the college placement process. There were two rounds, and the offer salary was 9 LPA. It was conducted on Skype and had two technical rounds and one HR round. The questions were mainly from Java and the resume, as it was for freshers only.

Pros: - Flexibility in work hours
- No dress code
- Friendly people
- 2 canteens and a coffee shop
- Prepay for canteen food out of next month's salary through card payment system
- All you can drink coffee
- Some very good engineers
- Interesting technologies
Cons: Pay increases are few and far between. Oracle doesn't compete in this area. Either you accept the mediocre salary, or move on.

Cons: A lot of paperwork, slow processes, hard to change something, and too strict policies. It is hard to grow to M3 and above.
