Pros: If you're a new grad, Oracle is a great place to learn and innovate. Management is great, but this is highly team-dependent.
Cons: Lots of tape stopping you from innovating.

Pros: Treats contractors like own employees. The quality of work depends upon your potential and eagerness to take initiative.
Managers are easily approachable.
Get to work on products and a lot of technologies part of Oracle Fusion Middleware.
Cons: A quite unceremonious exit for contractors working for nearly two years or more. They were told in the evening not to come to the office the next day due to budget constraints.
