The interview itself was not very difficult. The interviewer asked all the relevant questions needed for the role and was friendly and accommodating. There were three rounds to test your skills. Basic system design questions and data structures were asked.

Get lots of time to work in your interested field.
You are always welcome to bring your ideas and implement them.
No work pressure from your manager.
Cons: The learning curve is not increasing.
There is no bonus as compared with other average companies.
There are no hikes as compared with other average companies.
There are no onsite opportunities.
If you are not self-motivated, then it is difficult to grow in your career.
