The interview process was pretty standard, with 30-minute sessions.
I had them scheduled by the recruiter, one after another, with different members of the team.
The initial phone screen involved using Colab to write some code.
The subsequent interviews were with senior management.

I had 5 rounds of interviews with multiple people on the team. The discussions mainly focused on past experience and CS basics.

Management seems sound. I'd say it's reasonably well run, but the money rules business decisions. They are fairly cut-throat; if your group isn't making money, it will go. This is in the positive section since, hey, it's a business. They are there to make money; what do you expect?Cons: Being money-oriented, there's some feeling that they should be a bit more loyal and think about the drag on sales that products bring. Also, on a "current" note, they had 3 large layoffs in 2017, affecting a few thousand people mainly in Solaris, Servers (Sun Acquisition), and Tape (Storagetek Acquisition). So, I'd be wary of going into those areas; they "seem" to be going into maintenance mode at best.
