Benefits are good. Salaries are competitive.
Management seems sound. I'd say it's reasonably well run, but the money rules business decisions. They are fairly cut-throat; if your group isn't making money, it will go. This is in the positive section since, hey, it's a business. They are there to make money; what do you expect?
Being money-oriented, there's some feeling that they should be a bit more loyal and think about the drag on sales that products bring. Also, on a "current" note, they had 3 large layoffs in 2017, affecting a few thousand people mainly in Solaris, Servers (Sun Acquisition), and Tape (Storagetek Acquisition). So, I'd be wary of going into those areas; they "seem" to be going into maintenance mode at best.
