Process
The process basically consists of three interviews:
A phone call to set up a Skype meeting, then the Skype interview a couple of days after with the company recruiter, asking basic situational questions.
Next is an interview at HQ with the direct manager about past experiences and your CV.
The last stage is a practical and one-on-one technical interview where you are asked to debug running algorithms in a very tight timeframe, while interviewing with the engineer responsible for the interview and amidst a lot of distractions.
