Process
Food and Beverage team in MD, but remote.
Very easy interview, mostly behavioral and work experience. Some CS questions, but nothing too hard.
The offer was lower than my current salary. I asked for stock to meet my current salary, but they were unwilling to give more stock. They have an upper limit on base salary and very little room after that. They are very stingy with stock.
