Pros: Great resources and ERGs are available for interns. Plenty of events to get to know the rest of the interns and other people in the company. Personally, I had a great manager and team to work with for my project.
Cons: The interview process was very tedious. Work-life balance was a little bit hard to manage since there were a lot of mandatory meetings where you were expected to speak.
