Pros: There are a lot of opportunities that you could see in the business sector. Oracle, as a leading company in this field, has a lot to offer. At the strategy level, the company is expanding aggressively into cloud computer software services, with its advantages in terms of capital and scale. The core database business is not developing as fast as the emerging internet+ unicorns. The culture here is pretty friendly. You could meet different sorts of people. However, the more aggressive ones often opt to join more start-up-based companies. You could have your own schedule to manage things, and it is more likely for you to have a good balance in work and life.

Cons: Some may say it's not as rewarding or as challenging as they want it to be. The hourly pay is definitely among the best.

Pros: - No micromanaging - Fast-paced - Kind managers & mentors

Cons: Nothing bad to say at all.

Pros: Awesome Software Engineering at DB engineering division. Lot of customer base, so always something to work on which makes impact.

Cons: Very deep hierarchical management chain, and very less growing chance unless you are lucky.
