Three rounds total.
- First round was with a Senior Engineer, asking general questions about OS, OOP, and general CS topics.
- Second round was with a Senior Manager, diving deep into OS topics, as the team was OS-focused.
- Third round was with a Director, who asked general questions about distributed systems.
Overall difficulty was not too hard; it just required knowledge of fundamental concepts.
Overall experience was very positive. Everyone was nice, helpful, and wanted me to succeed.

Pros: The work is challenging, and the team is really helpful. The database organization has some incredibly talented folks.

Pros: The company is great for learning new things. It has a great name with a lot of recognition. It's great to start and build your career.
There are pretty big and complex projects with a large number of people. You can have access to great training and meet really smart people.
Cons: Too many processes. It's hard to go into projects that are cool and interesting. Deadlines are not met, and projects extend beyond reason. I would like to see a more agile approach, similar to Google.
