Process

I sent my resume to the Oracle recruiting email address and received a reply from HR. Later, she called me asking for some basic information. It was not like a phone interview.

My resume was then reviewed by groups at Oracle. About one month later, I received the onsite interview invitation with group descriptions.

Then I spoke with five groups:

  • Some groups were in Massachusetts; these interviews were conducted via video call.
  • Video interviews were basically more technical.
  • Other groups asked about my resume and school projects, along with some small technical questions, which were not very difficult.

The time for each group interview was one hour and a quarter. I spoke with several people in each group. Between successive interviews, there was a fifteen-minute break for rest.

The interviewers were very friendly and made the interviews feel more like conversations or discussions. I am still waiting for a response.
