Pros: Excellent work-life balance, as it's a bigger company and slower-paced. Mostly for older folks with families.
Cons: Old company, so it uses a bunch of old tech as well.

Software Engineer • Former Employee
Santa Clara, California, United States

Pros: If you're looking for a place to collect a paycheck and not learn or do much, this is the place to be.
Cons: Progress is slow. People are isolated in offices and are unresponsive via email. Getting internal resources, like servers, is borderline impossible. There is a lot of politics, and people on other teams often try to block or thwart the work of related teams.
