I had a telephonic interview, which was a CoderPad round with two LeetCode Easy questions.
Virtual onsite with five interviews:
- One Object-Oriented Design interview (vending machine)
- Two LeetCode Medium questions
- One interview with a team member from another team
- One manager interview, focused on behavioral questions (and behavioral questions were present in all interviews).

Pros: Good team, decent work-life balance. The pay is definitely industry standard. Good mentors.
Cons: A lot of operational work, especially if you are a lower SDE level.
A lot of the feature work goes to more senior engineers unless you get lucky, but that varies from team to team.

Pros: Solid work. Good work-life balance. Nice people to work with. Lots to learn.
Cons: OCI is still behind in the game.
They are not able to get as much exposure as you would expect in MSFT or Amazon.
