Software Engineer Interview Experience - Seoul, South Korea

This was for the Seoul branch, so I imagine this wouldn't be applicable to 99.99% of all potential Oracle applicants.
I spent a day going through five on-site interviews with five engineers at this branch for the software engineer position. The interviews went well, and none of the questions were difficult. After constant communication leading up to the interviews, I was ghosted completely despite numerous emails asking for an update.
Afterwards, I received another email asking me to be interviewed by another engineer for a different position. I accepted, and that interview went well as well. I was able to successfully solve the binary search tree question completely.
After a week, I asked for an update and was ghosted completely again.
Completely unprofessional behavior. You're telling me that none of the six people who interviewed me couldn't have simply provided a courtesy email? I was in direct email contact with three of the engineers to set up the interview, and neither responded to any of my emails after the interviews.
Oracle is a terrible company. Applying for Oracle, and especially the Seoul branch, is a waste of your time.

Work from home.Cons: - There is no such thing as an annual bonus, raise, or promotion. It all depends on managers 3-4 levels above you. If they decide to give themselves a good bonus to improve their golf game, then that money isn't going to trickle down. - All manager titles from M2-M4 mean nothing; they don't have any visibility of the budget, raises, bonuses, etc. Their answer to everything is, "I wish I knew the answer, but I don't." - Oracle has offices around the world, and so do other tech companies like Google. But the way Oracle treats engineers in countries like India is pathetic. Indian engineers are only hired to maintain legacy products, paying them roughly $5k (converted to dollars) annually, while companies like Google only hire the smartest and pay at least $50k (converted to dollars) annually to engineers in India. Oracle's business model is to acquire companies, figure out how much of the engineering can be off-shored to India, and then just keep 5-10 engineers in the US because anything else is expensive. If your company was recently acquired by Oracle, start looking for another job before they start off-shoring engineering work. - They ruin companies that are acquired. - The HR department is a joke; they will not care about anything you say. - Oracle doesn't even give swag to new hires; you need to buy your own swag when you join the company. - No free food. They took away free food when we were acquired.
