Pros: I worked for 3 years at Oracle Mexico Development Center, in Guadalajara. The company's environment and culture are among the best in Mexico, as they maintain a culture tied to Silicon Valley but regionalized to our country. The benefits are excellent compared to other opportunities in the market. There are a large number of projects, so there are opportunities for all types of software engineers, mainly. There are also some non-software positions, but they are a small percentage. Recently, Oracle built an incredible campus in Zapopan, in one of the best areas. I can assure you it is one of the best technological campuses in the country. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, employees have not been able to enjoy it as they should, but let's hope they can soon. Working at Oracle means developing technology that is used worldwide and has a great reputation.

Cons: Salaries, while competitive, were not the best in the industry. This is, in part, because salaries in Guadalajara are lower than in CDMX. I'm not sure if they have updated this yet.

Pros: Good work-life balance in the company.

Cons: No progress. Development and growth.

Pros: Opportunity to work in very interesting, bleeding-edge technology. Great learning potential from other employees. Very nice and respectful way of treating employees.

Cons: Pay could be better. Human resources information isn't as available as it should be. Employees aren't treated the same way across the globe.
