Process
Initial phone screen with a CoderPad challenge. Recruiter emailed me for an onsite invite, which they never scheduled and completely ghosted. They did not reply to any emails. The worst company I've ever seen. I regret wasting my time on such a bad company.
Advice to the company: Plan your hiring process professionally. At least don't waste candidates' time.
