Pros: Great atmosphere, with supporting co-workers.

Cons: Very slow rate of growth for pay and career.

Pros: I like the flexibility, the work-from-home or office choice. The campus in Redwood Shores is nice, specifically the gym and good food in the cafeterias. That's about it.

Cons: The work environment doesn't promote initiative and creativity. There's too much process and bureaucracy. Internal tools are slow, buggy, and the UI is terrible for most of them, but most people have to use them a lot on a daily basis. This has a huge impact on overall productivity and even morale. There's no ability for employees to assess their management. The overall management level is poor compared to other companies I've worked for. A fear-based or commanding management style is common. Most people on campus look sad or depressed; there's no positive vibe. I got here via acquisition and hope to get out ASAP. I have a few friends working here – everyone hates it and is looking for an outside opportunity.
