I was contacted by a recruiter and had a quick chat over the phone with HR about my starting time and interests.
HR sent me a list of 8 groups to rank. Subsequently, they scheduled interviews with 4 of these groups, two of which are in the Boston area.
The interviews are mostly non-technical, though they vary a lot from group to group. The groups in Boston are more technical.
Everyone I met was very friendly and asked many behavioral questions.
