Pros: The intern program is solid here.
It does depend a lot on your manager and mentor, but the intern team does their best to make the experience as engaging and educational as possible.
They let you get hands-on with code and make a real impact on the code.
There's a good executive speaker series for interns.
Cons: It's tough if your team isn’t as good, which I guess is true everywhere.
