I was contacted by a recruiter after submitting my resume at the career fair and had a short phone conversation discussing the process and timeline.
Next, I had an hour-long interview with the hiring manager of a group. They delved into every detail of almost all the information mentioned on my resume. There were no typical technical questions.
Everyone I interacted with was very helpful, nice, and friendly throughout the process. I believe they are looking for someone with the best-matched technical background for their projects.

They paid me full respect even though I was just an intern.Cons: Because Oracle supports a fully remote scheme, colleagues may be in areas with a huge time zone difference. In my case, I have colleagues on the other side of the globe, which sometimes makes it hard and less efficient to communicate promptly.
