The process took 6 months and consisted of multiple interviews:
A short interview with HR where they ask you for data such as: When do you graduate? What languages do you know? and, above all, what is your English level? Additionally, they asked me to have a short conversation in English (3-5 minutes).
The second interview was with an Oracle engineer (100% in English), where they evaluate your ability to program and solve algorithmic problems. They gave me 3 problems to solve and focused on your ability to describe your process to reach the solution. They also ask about the complexity of your algorithm.
Afterwards, interested teams will interview you, where they will ask you more specific questions related to what their team does to see if you "match". For example, more questions about OS, Database, or a specific language. Depending on who interviews you, it could be 100% in English or half and half.
How many sorting methods do you know? How do they differ? What complexity do they have? Which one is better?
What is a process and what is a thread?
What is database normalization?
