Pros: Reasonable WLB
Great stock options
Good managers
Cons: On-call can be hectic at times, but with a larger team, it's not too bad. Infra work can be kinda dry.

Cons: Senior management is not good. I don't believe in 360-degree reviews, hence senior management is allowed to get away with anything.

Cons: More than meritocracy, who you know matters.
In spite of trying, there is a serious lack of a feedback mechanism between employees, and remote work makes it worse.
