Phone interviews.
Recruiter called and screened initially.
Then I was interviewed by an employee for core skills on the phone.
Then I was interviewed by a Sr. Director on the phone.
Both of the interviewers seemed unprofessional.
The first one was very casual. Difficulty was faced in setting a phone time with him.
The second one was a bit rude. He stopped me while I was talking and told me that 'this is not what I was asking' before even letting me complete.
