The interview process began with resume screening. Once that was done, the first round was scheduled over Zoom (video call). It was a great time with a great technical person. After that, the second round was scheduled, and so on.

The last round with the Director took time as the interview kept getting rescheduled.

Once completed, they stated they needed the candidate ASAP. After that, no call was received, and I followed up. The HR told me we are in discussions and will get back to you once done.

After multiple follow-ups, they always said they were sending the letter by today. But it has been months, and they still give the same answer.
