Great name/brand in the industry.
Too many older folks with an older technology mindset are running the company. The tech stack is very old and proprietary, and it has stagnated. There is no innovation encouraged. Most teams don't have any actual career discussions with their managers, goal setting, or performance evaluations. Other than OCI, products are not doing that great in the market compared to strong competitors.
