Hiring is done pretty well, although it is a lengthy process. One should negotiate better because bonuses and hikes are meager.

I was interviewed for only 5 minutes. He asked me about the technologies I used. Nothing much else was asked. He seemed disinterested. It was an online interview. He didn't even turn on his webcam. I think I didn't answer to his satisfaction.
