- You can have work-life balance.
- There is a very good work culture.
- You can have a free hand to explore many things.

- You can't experience a lot of things if you are not really interested.
- You won't get very good hikes and promotions.
- You can't learn new things if you don't explore with your own interest apart from regular work.
Management has been working with respect to their business model, but they should work towards the satisfaction of employees in terms of salary and new technical exposure.
