No timing restrictions, at least the swipe in and out won't be checked. Not many rules or regularity, as it's an MNC. Good for those who want to settle in the past.
No increments as expected.
Company is getting high pressure, not expecting a lot of multitasking.
To get a good hike, Oracle Corporation, Oracle India, and OFSS need to perform well. Only then will you get good hikes or corrections; otherwise, nothing.
But every year, for freshers, they will pay huge money and hire, so whatever you can get, get a good package before joining.
Even appraisal is done in May, but hikes will be given from December.
This is such a slow management process.
It's like a government company.
If appraisal is done in May, then pay the hiked amount from May only, not from December. By doing this indirectly, you are avoiding 6 months of hike pay. So much delay benefits employees not at all.
Do not treat Oracle Corporation and Ofss as separate entities. All iFlex benefits have been removed, and Oracle benefits have not been implemented. It's very shameful that the organization doesn't care about its employees' outings. There is no budget for all this.
If profits don't come in a year, that doesn't mean you should fire employees. If you fire 5% of resources, 30% of good resources will leave the company out of untrustworthiness.
Management doesn't understand the value of senior employees in Flexcube.
A 3-year Flexcube employee is equal to 8 years of another employee. Flexcube knowledge can't be gained outside, so it's a waste of hiring lateral or freshers from IIT and NIT, even after knowing 50% of freshers will just go away from Ofss.
Hire from 3-tier colleges if you are really interested in working resources.
