Learning has been very fast here. Good work environment. Everyone is very helpful, supportive, and casual. Work with fun.
Team allotment is not properly done. Anyone can get allotted to any team irrespective of their background. For example, one Application Developer may get allotted to a Testing team, doing zero coding.
Frequent team/module changes have been a headache here. Allotments to teams should be in some logical way. Otherwise, it's a cool place to work in a rich work environment.
