Members of a team are ready to help. Good hands-on technology experience. Great understanding of industry practices and functioning. Good level of involvement in project design and analysis.
Poor rate for promotions. Inconsistent salary structures. Work does tend to get dull after a while. Projects drag out longer than they should.
