Good place to work with a good environment. Management was supportive, and employee feedback was always taken into consideration.
Work got monotonous after a while. The repetitive nature of the work made it quite boring, with less opportunity for career growth. There was a very high attrition rate.
Rotate people between roles, or else the attrition rate will not come down.
Be reasonable about deadlines.
