The pros are work-life balance and facilities at the campus (Oracle Hyderabad Campus, adjacent to Deloitte), including a gym, basketball court, etc.
I have not observed any major downsides.
I felt that some of the happenings at a higher level, which impact the work of lower-level employees in the hierarchy, should be communicated by management to the corresponding employees.
