- Excellent work-life balance.
- The learning curve depends on the team, but it's still good (I personally had a good learning curve, at least 2+ years).
- Brilliant access to study sources and trainings, like LinkedIn Learning, O'Reilly Safari Books, and other on-site training.
- Technologies and frameworks used are mostly homegrown (or super expensive licensing) which very few other companies use. So the experience gained in those frameworks doesn't directly come in handy while trying to switch jobs and careers.
- Few products have outdated coding practices and hence it's not a pleasant experience if put in such teams.
