- Almost everyone is looking for outside.
- No skill development (even they don't need engineers to do the work they give).
- Too much politics, and they will say we don't know how to play politics.
Be transparent to your employees and start appreciating a person by performance, but not by how well a person plays politics.
Management is totally non-technical, which mostly becomes a problem of understanding the reality of current problems in the system.
