Great in terms of work-life balance. No stringent timings as long as you deliver. Very good campus with sports facilities and a gym. Respectful and chill environment.
Technically, it's not a good company for growth. Hikes and bonuses are volatile and not always awarded every year.
Hikes are important. Ensure to provide each cycle.
