- No longer a paymaster.
- Since it's a product-based company, you will end up working with the same assignment for years and years.
- Exposure to different modules from a functionality perspective is less, unless you move to a different team.
Have to become paymaster again and keep rotating the people within across different modules, so that employees will get much exposure.
