Adf is painful to work on.
They have a process for every small thing where you have to raise a request at several levels and get approval from them.
No learning; they have their own processes and frameworks which are useless outside.
Management themselves are the biggest hurdles. Over the years, they have created an ecosystem only convenient and fruitful to themselves, making everything difficult for the developers.
Future seems dark for Oracle.
