They will ruin the careers of freshers. Don't fall for the brand trap. The culture is poorer than in service-based companies. If you bootlick, then you will grow. There are no hikes for years. Beware of Oracle India.
Oracle Fusion Apps is the worst product they have ever made. They don't have any flagship products; they still rely on Oracle DB.
Don't hire managers from service-based companies.
